Guests consistently note the property's spotless condition and the clean, well-coordinated bedrooms, indicating high standards of cleanliness.
The property is appreciated for its quiet setting and proximity to visitor attractions. However, some guests noted the absence of a local store and pub, and the need to drive to nearby amenities.
Reviewers frequently mention the comfortable beds and the cosy, home-like feel of the property, suggesting a high level of comfort for guests.
The property is described as well-equipped and well-maintained, with ample outdoor space. However, there are minor concerns about the kitchen flooring and the size of the TVs.
While guests have mentioned a welcome pack, there is not enough information to assess the consistency of such gestures across all stays, and they should not be expected as guaranteed.

Bit small than what it looks in the photos. Kitchen is usable & fridge is big with good storage. Cons 1. The place smells in the garden (p.s it is not the house that smells, its the area). It was so strong through the week (in Aug) that kids couldn't stand the smell and weren't able to play in the garden. 2. TVs are too small in the room 3. The carpets are bit old & makes creaking sound when one walks - with needles coming out at the place where the carpet meets the wooden door (my daughter hurt her leg & we advised her to wear crocs ).

The cottage was beautiful well decorated, and very comfy beds. It was such a shame the weather didn't let us enjoy the garden but it didn't dampen our spirits. The welcome tray was a nice surprise we couldn't of asked for anything more thankyou to our hosts Tracy and Andrew.

Catered for everyone needs. Good information in the property listing nearby attractions. We had a great time, and the kids loved the garden. Was in such a lovely friendly area also.
