Solway Firth is within easy reach, with 200 miles of spectacular coastline and sandy beaches to visit. For the more active, there are plenty of walking, hiking and cycling routes and the famous Seven Stanes mountain bike trail. There are many attractions in the area for all, including Caerlaverock, Threave and Drumlanrig castles, Robert Burns house, numerous golf courses and wildlife reserves. Step inside this lovely lodge into the hall, leave your shoes and coats behind and head through to the lovely spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfy sofas and a TV to catch up on your favourite programme. French doors lead directly out to the decked balcony with amazing views.
