There is a lovely open-plan living space which is ideal for bringing the family together for a good movie or to discuss the day’s activities. The town centre can be reached in a short walk and is where you can enjoy a browse of the shops or dine at one of the fine restaurants. This delightful town is nestled in Annandale valley in the heart of Southern Scotland. There are range of attractions including the Moffat Musuem, theatres, art galleries and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. The surrounding countryside of the town would appeal to walkers and cyclists, as well as being a hotspot for fishermen. The town holds some fascinating events including the annual Moffat Gala in July and the Moffat Sheep Races in August.

Comfortable and relaxing and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Moffat. Having onsite parking was also a huge bonus, knowing youâd have somewhere to park the car after being out and about during the day. Communication with the owner Jane was not a problem at all, when I did need to contact her she responded within minutes. I would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation.

...there is ivy growing through the main bedroom window and lots of insects on the leaves. The ivy needs to be cut back which will also provide more light. Hard to open the windows, they may be locked, which meant poor ventilation. Also the shower is held together with tape! Otherwise, a beautiful renovation, decorated and furnished to perfection.
