On arrival, the place was fresh and clean. The en-suite’s in each bedroom was one of the reasons for booking the cottage. Its kitchen was more than adequately stocked with the necessary crockery and utensils, though the electric hob and oven took a wee while to master the controls. The separate dining room an added bonus to sit and enjoy an evening meal together. The living room with the wood burner stove made for cosy October evenings. An occasional dip in the hot tub was enjoyed on a couple of occasions during our stay and the front patio area was handy for viewing the scenery while enjoying a brew. Definitely somewhere we would return to and certainly recommend to friends. Thanks Derek for an enjoyable few days.

From the welcome we received from Derek on arrival until we left we were made to feel so welcome and also so comfortable. The property is kitted out to the highest standard with great beds and showers, comfortable seating and everything you could want including a brilliant hot tub. There's a reason this property is so popular and we'll be booking it again

The views were amazing and the cottage was homely and beautifully clean. The area is soooo quiet and the garden was a good size for family recreation. Local pub serves excellent food on the sea front which is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
