The location is frequently commended for its convenience and proximity to the harbour and local attractions. Despite some comments about the lack of views, the ease of access to the Fife Coastal path and the peaceful surroundings are appreciated.
Comfort receives mixed feedback. While some guests find the property cosy and well-furnished, others mention issues with soundproofing, the spiral staircase, and suitability for those with mobility issues or small children.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being well-equipped. However, some guests note minor issues with maintenance, such as the dryer not working and the need for better lighting. The occasional internet dropouts also affect this score.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the owner in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Some kitchen equipment aging but enough to get by. Low cealing slightly uncomfortable for tall people. Windows could need a clean outside.

We weren't disappointed. Cleanliness, facilities and amenities all as we expected from previous stays with the owner. One thing we didn't have provided though was a pair of scissors which certainly would have come in handy a couple of times. As someone has already mentioned, the internet is shared with the neighbouring property and can have a tendency to "drop out". It didn't bother us as we're used to that at home (lol) but it may be more of an issue for others. We love the location as it's so easy to explore the area. Easy access to the Fife Coastal path. Hoping to stay there again soon.
