Guests say

The Hayloft in Pittenweem is praised for its cleanliness, prime location, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate its proximity to the harbour and Fife Coastal path, making it an ideal base for exploring. While some find the lack of natural light and views, as well as the soundproofing, to be drawbacks, the property's charm and cleanliness are consistently noted. The garden is a bonus for many, though not all felt comfortable using it.

Guests consistently describe the property as clean and tidy, with several noting it as spotless. This indicates a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the harbour and local amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. However, some guests were disappointed by the lack of views from the property.

The property is generally found to be cosy and adequate. Some guests, however, mention issues with bed comfort, soundproofing, and the suitability for those with mobility issues or small children due to the spiral staircase.

The property is well-equipped, but some guests noted aging kitchen equipment, a small cafetiere and teapot, and a dryer that didn't work. The occasional lack of scissors and issues with the WiFi were also mentioned.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the owner, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

one little thing the back garden could do with some sort of sensor lighting

On the whole was comfortable and clean. Down side beds too soft and not comfortable to sleep on. No natural light during the day in the living room was strange but not too bad. We had a great week staying there it had all we needed and was cosy and comfortable downstairs. Great location for walking and exploring the area.
