Guests consistently praise the cottage for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. The location is celebrated for its stunning scenery and proximity to local amenities and scenic walks. The property is described as cosy, with a warm welcome and thoughtful touches, although some minor suggestions for improvement are noted.
The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained. Only one mention of a musty smell in the shower area slightly detracts from an otherwise impeccable record.
The location is highly praised for its beauty and convenience, with easy access to local walks, restaurants, and stunning views. The proximity to the sea and wildlife sightings add to the appeal.
Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the cottage warm and cosy, especially during winter. Suggestions for additional lamps for softer lighting indicate a minor area for enhancement.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and the unexpected bonus of a dishwasher. Some guests suggest improvements to the shower area and outdoor seating, leading to a slightly reduced score.
The owner's responsiveness and helpfulness in a situation with a broken-down car demonstrate thoughtfulness. While no gifts are mentioned, the provision of local walk guides and the well-equipped nature of the cottage suggest a considerate approach. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, this should be kept in mind.

It was spotless, well kitted out, very comfortable bed, good shower and a good choice of TV channels for the wet days. Dog water bowls is a really nice touch too.

The house is beautifully situated and it is SO clean and comfortable. It has everything you could want; in fact we loved it so much we have booked again already! Arisaig is a stunning place with fabulous views to Rum, Eigg and Skye. Pubs, restaurant, cafe, shop are all a short walk away. Camusdarach beach is breathtaking and golf at Traigh Golf Club was challenging but fantastic.
