I sent many messages that went without response. We had no wifi for 6 of the 8 days and nothing was done to fix it. My guests and I could not do any work and this cost us money. I'm expecting some sort of reimbursement for this lack of customer service. I will also be mentioning this review in google reviews. Another note is that the so called "Step through the well-kept front garden and ascend the stone staircase" is a farce. It was not well kept at all- weeds and un manicured areas was the first thing that met the eye. The back patio was moldy and not a useable space. A 69 pound booking fee is also a joke- that should not be charged.

It was comfortable for all of us. It was in a great location within walking distance of everything needed. The washer dryer combo was a little weird. There should be some instructions on how it works. Overall, very nice place to stay.
