Guests say

Inshcraig is a highly praised cottage in the Northern Highlands, celebrated for its cleanliness, comfort, and serene location. Guests have enjoyed the wildlife, the cosy AGA, and the pleasant walks right from the doorstep. The property is well-equipped, though some minor maintenance points were raised. Overall, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Guests consistently note the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean' and 'spotless'. There is a single mention of cobwebs, but this seems an outlier compared to the overall feedback.

The location is frequently highlighted as perfect, with its quiet setting, proximity to wildlife, and easy access to local attractions. The clear night skies and opportunities for walks and wildlife spotting are particularly appreciated.

The cottage is often described as comfortable and cosy, with special mentions of comfy beds and a warm AGA. Some guests found the AGA too warm in the summer, but overall, the comfort level is highly regarded.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and good amenities. However, there are comments about the need for more crockery, a non-stick frying pan, and better lighting for reading. Some guests also struggled with using the AGA and dishwasher due to a lack of instructions.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.
