Perfectly positioned across the crystal waters of Loch Broom, from the picturesque town of Ullapool is The Ben, a single storey cottage boasting an open-plan interior, and traditional features combined with a modern touch. Approach the property from the main road, down a single track lane for a few miles along the pretty banks of Loch Broom. You will feel welcomed by the small garden area across the drive from the front of the cottage, a delightful spot to sit out with a refreshing drink and admire the charming, scenic vistas stretching far across the luscious countryside. This quiet, remote area oozes peace and tranquility, offering a reviving break to fully charge your batteries. Step through the small vestibule and into the open-plan living room which boasts a sitting area, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Completed with neutral, coordinating colourways, Sky TV and an electric fire mounted on the wall, this space occupies a comfortable formation for relaxing and engaging with each other amidst a calm exterior setting. The ample storage areas are for your convenience, whilst the two bedrooms on offer; a king-size double and a single bed with pull-out stacker bed, are served by a modern shower room presented in gleaming all-white overtones. Rhiroy is a hamlet situated across from Ullapool about 12 miles away, whilst Inverness can be reached within an hour and a half's drive. Why not practice the art of golf, or explore the local museum? There is much to learn about the area. Enjoy the delights of the north-west of Scotland from The Ben. EPC Rating: Band E
