Guests say

Burnside Cottage receives high praise for its serene warmth, stunning loch views, and quality furnishings. Guests appreciate the well-stocked amenities, thoughtful touches, and cleanliness. The property's central location on Skye makes it an ideal base for exploring. While internet connectivity and TV services could improve, the overall experience is one of comfort and luxury, with many expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers consistently mention the spotless condition of the cottage, highlighting its immaculate cleanliness and fresh atmosphere upon arrival.

The cottage's location is celebrated for its stunning views over the loch and central position, making it an excellent starting point for island exploration, despite the distance for some travellers.

Guests find the cottage to be spacious, warm, and comfortable, with high-quality beds and furnishings, and a cosy atmosphere enhanced by a log fire.

The property is lauded for its well-equipped kitchen, high-quality fixtures, and additional amenities. However, some guests noted the lack of internet connection to the smart TV, which suggests room for improvement in digital facilities.

Visitors are touched by the thoughtful gestures such as fresh flowers and a box of fudge upon arrival. While these gifts are warmly received, it's noted that such personal touches, though delightful, are not guaranteed.
