Fort William 9.2 miles. 6 Aonachan Gardens is a lovely 1950s semi-detached cottage based in Spean Bridge, in the Scottish Highlands, a short drive away from the thriving town of Fort William. Internally, the property has been modernised to a family-friendly holiday home. Step through the front door to a small hallway, where you can leave your coats and boots and enter the cosy open-plan living space. With ample seating and a TV, so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows while you're away. Take advantage of the fitted kitchen, with all the appliances you could possibly need on-hand to help cook up a storm for the whole family. The dining area has seating for up to six people and makes for a lovely space to enjoy a family meal together. The ground floor also hosts a double bedroom, which would be ideal for those with limited mobility. Upstairs has a further two bedrooms; one double and one twin, with a separate family bathroom. Choose from an elegant bath or a walk-in shower to prepare for your day in style. To the front of the property is an enclosed garden with a lawn and gravel area. It is the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun, while your pets stretch their legs. Off-road parking is available to the rear of the property. There are two restaurants less than a mile away if you fancy a meal out. While you stay in the area, why not visit the Great Glen Way, with fantastic walking and cycling opportunities for those active walkers. Offering some of the most magnificent countryside views along the way - this is not a place you want to miss during your visit.
