Guests say

Guests have praised Masada for its stunning location, spaciousness, and well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for large groups. The hot tub and views are particular highlights, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements were mentioned, but overall, the property provides a comfortable and memorable experience.

Most guests found the property to be well-maintained, though there were isolated comments about cleanliness in the kitchen and found items from previous visitors. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is consistently described as excellent, with breathtaking views and proximity to local attractions. It's a perfect setting for exploring Western Scotland.

The property is frequently described as comfortable and spacious, with special mentions of the bedrooms and living areas. Some guests noted issues with temperature control, but overall comfort was highly rated.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the kitchen and hot tub. However, there were comments about the need for more explanation on the thermostat, and some suggestions for additional kitchen items. The maintenance response is prompt when needed.

While guests appreciated the welcome basket, there is not enough consistent mention of thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are subject to change and not guaranteed.

Hot tub was amazing No complaints but perhaps a few suggestions to improve Although the kitchen was well presented there were one or two omissions- A pair of scissors would be useful and maybe a sieve and some scales for those who might like to bake. We couldn't find a mop and bucket in the event of any spillages- also the welcome pack advised that there would be dishwasher tablets-There was only the empty packet ! The welcome pack mentioned a local fish and chip shop at the hotel in Speen Bridge-There isn't one as the hotel ( and chip shop) has closed The nearest one open was at Fort William so the welcome pack needs updating Finally, clothing and children's toys from previous visitors was found in some of the bedroom drawers So, no complaints only constructive feedback Thanks for a fabulous stay

Few things in the kitchen were dirty and the back entrance that you mainly use could do with attention considering the star rating given, the tv WiFi was very intermittent

The view was spectacular. We had very quick responses from the owners when we needed to contact them so that was super helpful. I would highly recommend, especially for a large group of people. We were 10 and it still felt very spacious. Thank you very much!
