Offering comfortable accommodation and exceptionally well located with easy access to all that Lochaber and the West Highlands of Scotland have to offer including skiing at the Nevis range, gentle and easy walks along the Caledonian Canal (just 5 minutes or so down the hill) which runs up the Great Glen from Fort William to Inverness, exceptional hill walking and mountaineering all close at hand in Glencoe with of course Ben Nevis and other Munroe's within easy reach. Strenuous activities including rope courses and mountain biking are also easily accessible. The beautiful west coast should not be missed with the chance to explore small deserted coves and sandy beaches with one of the best to visit being Arisaig and Morar beaches close to Mallaig, as a special trip you can take the steam train from Fort William to Mallaig but do make sure that you book in advance.

Spean Bridge whilst only a small town originating from being on the crossing point of routes north, south and east, west has three excellent restaurants, a cafe and two hotels together with a small supermarket. More extensive shopping facilities are available at both Fort William and Inverness both of which are worth visiting to see more of Scotland's culture and heritage.

Damage Deposit for care of property

All holiday-makers booking a holiday are required to pay either a Refundable Damage Deposit, £150 or as noted in the property listing details, or Damage Deposit waiver of £18, whichever is selected is required to be paid with the balance payment of the holiday. Where selected the Damage Deposit will be held by the property manager to be applied against the reasonable costs of repairs, replacement or additional cleaning of furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glass, bedding and towels damaged or soiled other than by normal wear and tear during the holiday. The Damage Deposit, less any reasonable charges, will be returned within 14 days of the departure date. Where any costs exceed the Damage Deposit the holiday-maker will pay such excess as notified to them by the property manager within 14 days of notification. Where the holiday-maker has agreed to pay the Damage Deposit Waiver the Damage Deposit is not payable. This amount is non-refundable. If the cost of any damage or breakages exceeds the applicable Damage Deposit value for the property, then the holiday-maker will be liable for any additional costs. Any such excess will be notified to them by the property manager and due for payment within 14 days of notification.
