Eagle Lodge is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its peaceful setting and natural beauty. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and the lodge's proximity to local walks and amenities. While some minor issues with directions and maintenance are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Most guests found the lodge clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated complaints about cleanliness that seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The lodge's location is highly praised for its tranquility, access to nature, and convenience for exploring the Highlands. However, some guests found it tricky to locate, suggesting improved signage could enhance the experience.
Guests generally find the lodge comfortable and cosy, suitable for both small and larger groups. A few comments suggest the space may be snug for four people, but overall, the comfort level is high.
The lodge is well-equipped for most needs, but some guests mentioned the lack of Wi-Fi and suggested updates to the TV and kitchenware. The absence of a vacuum cleaner was also noted.
While some guests were delighted by the presence of chocolates upon arrival, there is not enough consistent mention of thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

I ended up phoning the owner who was very helpful. We couldnât get the heater or the fan heater in the bathroom to work, luckily the lodge was pleasantly warm so we managed without them. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A fantastic base for exploring the surrounding areas. Only suggestion I would make would be to have a knife block or a couple more knives and some pasta bowls. Would definitely return.

All I would say is to update the photos on the website as the new carpet and sofas would attract more customers. Could do with some more crockery but generally very well equipped
