Guests have had delightful experiences at this well-appointed apartment, praising its beautiful decoration, ideal location for coastal walks, and comprehensive facilities. The property is consistently described as clean, comfortable, and a home away from home, with special mentions of a quality fish and chip shop nearby. While a few minor issues were noted, such as an uncomfortable bed and some maintenance points, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
The property is frequently described as spotlessly clean, with only a single mention of greasy oven shelves. The overwhelming majority of reviews highlight the cleanliness, suggesting a high standard is typically maintained.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the sea front, scenic coastal walks, and peaceful environment. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the Moray coast, contributing to its high rating.
Comfort receives positive remarks, especially with the mention of a new comfortable bed. However, there are a couple of comments about an uncomfortable bed and the property being too low for some guests, which slightly lowers the score.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the apartment being described as well-equipped and thoughtfully presented. Some issues with the TV and broadband, as well as minor maintenance points like light bulbs being out, slightly affect the score.
While the reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with the thoughtfulness of the property's presentation and amenities, there is no specific mention of gifts or extra personal touches that would warrant a score in this category.

The owners have thought of everything. I didn't need to take my cafetiere even. The cottage is warm and comfortable with the heating and gas fire and drying clothes after a wet walk is not a problem. With beautiful coastal scenery, an award winning chippy round the corner and a Spar what more can you want? We had a lovely week.
