With amenities within walking distance and the coast just a short drive away, 38 The Views provides a great base from which to discover Scotland. Step into the entrance hallway and hang up your coats before heading into the sitting room to begin your relaxing retreat, snuggled up together on the sofas in front of the television for a quiet evening indoors before your fun-filled days ahead. Move through to the kitchen/diner, offering a contemporary space to prepare your meals, whether it be an afternoon snack or hearty supper, you’ll have everything you need here. Step outside and relish in the enclosed garden, offering patio furniture which is perfect for alfresco dining, along with a lawned area. Elgin is a lovely town which hosts a good selection of amenities, including many shops and eateries, along with attractions such as the old museum, Cathedral, gardens and the River Lossie to explore. Those history buffs will enjoy visiting Cawdor and Brodie Castles, while the haunting battle at Culloden is unmissable. Venture to Inverness for excellent shopping facilities, visit while a little further afield lies Loch Ness where you can enjoy some of Scotland’s finest scenery and picturesque walks. Lossiemouth is also well worth a visit with its stunning golf course and golden expanses, it’s no wonder many call it the ‘jewel of the Moray Firth’. Sample everything that Moray and the magnificent Highlands have to offer during your stay at 38 The Views. EPC Rating: Band C
Elgin is Scotland’s smallest city hosting many attractions in an Area of Outstanding Beauty. Nestled along the banks of the River Lossie, the city has grown and flourished and has grand stone buildings and of course the famous cathedral which dates back to the 13th century. Other places of interest in the area include many distilleries, Elgin Museum and Baxters of Fochabers. For walkers, the Speyside Way footpath provides a network of paths with sea views.
