With off-road parking, near local amenities and the watersports of Loch Earn, this lodge provides the ultimate escape to Scotland. Inside, the kitchen/diner hosts a gas oven and hob and a handy washer dryer for your self-catering needs and any cleaning of clothes after a day out. Moving through the property, the sitting room is where you can curl up with a film on the Smart TV with the electric stove warming the space. In the warmer months, throw the patio doors open and let the fresh air in, or take your meals alfresco for dinner with a view on the wraparound patio. When it is time to rest, choose from a double or single room, before waking up to a refreshing shower in the shower room to start your day. Just a leisurely stroll away, you can find the heart of the village of St Fillans, home to a shop and a couple of pubs and restaurants for those evenings when you just don’t feel like cooking. Resting on the edge of Loch Earn, the active members of your group can enjoy a day of paddle-boarding or kayaking, or even just a delightful stroll around the water edge before indulging in a hearty meal. With so much natural beauty in the area, you can truly make a day of exploring your surroundings, with Deil's Cauldron Waterfall within easy reach and a variety of walking routes on offer. Animal lovers may want to spend the day at the Auchingarrich Wildlife Park, while history buffs may want to discover the 17th-century Drummond Castle Gardens. St Fillans is a charming lakeside conservation village resting at the eastern end of Loch Earn, between Ardtrostan and Comrie. The village is well-known for its superb location just within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and offers a small selection of attractions including, Active Skydiving, canoeing and boating on the loch, the St Fillans Monster and the St Fillans Golf Club. Dining options include Achray House Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel, while you can stock up on essentials at the village shop and cafe. Within easy reach is the bustling town of Crieff, where you can find further attractions and amenities such as The Strathearn Gallery, Crieff Golf Club, The Glenturret Distillery and MacRosty Park.
