Superbly-equipped and furnished, this country lodge can accommodate six people in style and is ideal for friends and family wishing to explore the beautiful Perthshire area and central Scotland. Walk up three steps to the front terrace and enter via the French doors into the main open plan living accommodation, comprising of a seating area with electric fire, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. This delightful lodge has two double bedrooms, with one having an en-suite shower room, and a twin. After a day’s sightseeing you can relax on the terrace and drink in the tranquillity of the surrounding hills. Glendevon offers superb walking and cycling and Gleneagles golf course is only 5 miles away. The attractive village of Dollar has a full range of amenities, as well as the dramatically positioned Castle Campbell. Loch Leven Nature Reserve, just 10 miles away, is one of the best places to enjoy wildlife all year-round. The towns of Perth and Stirling are also within easy reach, and if you have time to venture further afield the historic town of St Andrews is definitely worth a visit, and is just under an hour away. A fabulous lodge in an ideal location for a stunning country break.

Dollar sits at the foot of the Ochil Hills on the road between Stirling and St Andrews. The town is dramatically overlooked by the remains of Castle Campbell, also known as Castle Gloom, and has superb walks up the steep glen to the castle, providing stunning views as the countryside opens out to the south. The town has a mix of shops and cafes and is situated 13 miles from the popular tourist town of Stirling.
