Guests say

Guests have praised the Watergate apartment for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and prime location in Perth's city centre with lovely river views. The property is well-equipped and comfortable, offering a convenient base for exploring the area. Some minor issues with noise and maintenance were mentioned, but overall, the accommodation is highly recommended by many for its charm and amenities.

The majority of reviews describe the apartment as clean and well-maintained, with only a few guests noting issues with cleanliness in specific areas such as bathrooms and kitchen appliances. The positive remarks far outweigh the negatives, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The location is consistently praised for being central, convenient, and offering beautiful views of the River Tay. Proximity to local attractions, shops, and dining options is highly valued by guests. The provided parking is an added bonus, despite some confusion about its location.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, with ample space and a warm atmosphere. Some guests mentioned issues with blinds and noise from a neighbouring pub, but these were not widespread concerns. The comfort of the property is generally well-regarded.

Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the inclusion of parking and the property's equipment. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as problems with doors, showers, and Wi-Fi. The presence of a Wetherspoons pub next door was noted for both convenience and potential noise disturbance.

While some guests appreciated the provision of tea, coffee, and milk, there is insufficient information to determine a consistent level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or extra touches. Therefore, a score cannot be accurately provided, and guests should not expect these extras as guaranteed.

So handy to shops, transport and restaurants. We loved being close to The Tay and had some lovely river walks. The views from the lounge windows and the bonus of two bathrooms made the property just perfect for two friends travelling together.
