They were extremely friendly, helpful and told us about the wildlife on uist aswel, I had my camera so that information was amazing. 10/10 and will definitely go back again. We canât thank them enough as we booked our stay on the day as the weather was really bad and we were supposed to be camping haha

The owners, Roddy, Katie and Ruraidh were friendly, helpful and very welcoming and we would certainly stay again on our next trip to North Uist.

It is newly constructed and the owners have really thought about how to make the small space work. The kitchen has new appliances and quality pots and pans. The heated floor warmed the space with ease. It was snug and cosy inside even when there was a gale raging outside. There is also fast wifi and a smart TV. The bed was very comfortable although felt narrow for two people. The location is close to the wonderful Taigh Iar beach and there were corncrakes and other birds nesting in the fields in spring. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.
