The most beautiful sunrises may be seen in Beaumaris, a well-known ancient town on the Isle of Anglesey that is situated on the Menai Strait and overlooks the Snowdonia mountain range. It is also well-known as a significant hub for sailing, with its Edward I-era mediaeval castle (now a World Heritage site) and Victorian pier, jail, and courthouse. With a long history, Beaumaris still has a lot of its original mediaeval street layout. The town's environment, diversity of architectural styles and eras, variable scale, open spaces, different roofing, and overall quality all play a significant role in the character of the community. In addition to a golf course close by, the town offers a good assortment of stores, eateries, and bars, as well as options for boat trips and fishing. It's central enough to visit all the beautiful areas of interest. We've stayed at a lot of cottages in uk and long cottage is up there with our favourites

Location is excellent. If I have a complaint itâs to say that we were disappointed not to have a welcome pack of any kind. No tea, coffee milk nor sugar. We only stayed for two nights so Iâm guessing a bottle of wine to be too much to expect? After a 4 hour drive it would have been nice have been able to put the kettle on and relax for half an hour before having to go out to find a shop. The fact the welcome portfolio says that the aforementioned items are in fact included made it even more disappointing. I also read in previous comments (one from over a year ago) that a shelf in the shower would be helpful. I have recently had a knee replacement surgery and I found it quite a challenge in the small shower cubicle without a shelf, so maybe you donât read these reviews? Not to worry as Iâm an office Google Guide and thousands of people read my Google reviews. That said Iâd like to wrap up by saying I would recommend this lovely cottage as overall it was all very nice and relaxing. Our dogs loved it as well. Would have been nice to have stayed a bit longer (seemed to be hometime before we knew it) although not sure if we will return to Long Cottage.
