Cwt Blawd is a well-received cottage in Anglesey, praised for its peaceful location, spaciousness, and welcoming owners. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space, underfloor heating, and thoughtful touches like wine and Welsh cakes. While some minor issues were noted, the overall experience is positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The majority of guests found the cottage to be very clean and well-presented. However, a few guests mentioned issues with bedding and towels, which slightly impacts the overall high standard of cleanliness observed.
The cottage's location is highly praised for its tranquility and proximity to Beaumaris and scenic walks. The views and peaceful setting contribute to a positive experience, although one review mentioned farm smells.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests mentioning a cosy atmosphere and underfloor heating. Some guests, however, had concerns about the bed comfort and sofa, suggesting room for improvement.
While the reviews mention well-equipped kitchens and good showers, there are mixed comments about entertainment options and modern amenities. Due to the lack of consistent detail across reviews, a precise score cannot be provided.
Guests often mention the thoughtful gestures of the owners, such as welcome gifts of wine and Welsh cakes. While these are appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We have stayed here a few times and itâs a beautiful comfortable accommodation. The location is perfect for days out and itâs a pleasure to return to Cwt Blawd. The welcome gifts are appreciated. Thank you for another lovely stay. We will be back.

Friendly, warm and with everything we (two of us plus small dog) needed for a great holiday. A quiet location with views over the Menai Straits.

Very clean, with everything you need, and Gwyn and Toeni were very helpful, especially with the directions as Google Maps had a bit of a moment on the last 300 yards. I'd happily stay again in the future, as it's a brilliant spot to launch from for a day's adventure. Thanks again!
