I think the whole place had recently been refitted. Shower worked well and nice fluffy white towels. Small shop within walking distance but very expensive. It's worth the drive to a very busy Waitrose which is only 10 mins away. Liked the view of the cows in a field at the end of the garden. Nice touch with milk, sugar, tea bags, orange juice, coffee and cereals. Lots of upmarket restaurants at The Menai Bridge. In all a very pleasant stay.

The only reason for not giving you top marks for everything is that the mattress and base in the double bed are very tired and sag in the middle. Also the springs can be felt in the mattress in the single room. We think that a comfortable mattress is the most important thing in any holiday accommodation We would love to stay again if you could sort this out.
