Guests say

Guests have praised the holiday rental for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and great location. The property is appreciated for its spaciousness and comfort, with a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options. Some minor issues were noted regarding maintenance and the comfort of the living room seating. The quiet area and proximity to the beach and town add to the appeal, making it a recommended stay for families and dog owners, although the dog-friendly aspect could be improved.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its immaculate condition. This suggests that the property is well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

The location is generally praised for being quiet, pleasant, and close to the beach and town. However, some guests noted the proximity to ongoing construction and the walk to the centre being slightly longer than expected.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. Some concerns were raised about the living room seating not accommodating all guests comfortably and issues with heating control in a bedroom.

The property is well-regarded for its modern facilities and well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests mentioned minor maintenance issues and the need for better quality kitchen utensils, as well as the absence of certain items like a pizza cutter.

While the reviews reflect a well-equipped property with games and toys, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness in terms of gifts, and the score is set to null.

Lovely quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the town and restaurants & shop.

The house was amazing everything provided for you. The only things we could find wrong with the house is there is no instructions for the cooker found it very difficult to set it. Also the main shower it has some tiles at the end of the shower that are very slippery when wet had to buy a slip mat as I slipped on them.

The location is quiet, but is close enough to walk in to Treadurr Bay and you can hear the sea at night. We loved the big kitchen with bifold doors out to the patio and the balcony off the living room, great in the sunshine. Beds were comfy. Just a few small niggles: no cafettiere, blunt kitchen knives, and the shower curtain in the first floor bathroom needs replacing
