The pots and pans needed a good wash. We know it isn’t their fault that maybe the people before us didn’t clean them but it would have been nice for the cleaners to check. I did make a comment regarding the leak in the back hallway which is really a health and safety hazard. I know you are waiting for the roofer to come but real you should have got this done prior to renting out. However we had a beautiful stay as the weather was good to us and it doesn’t put us off going back to Angelsey.

Front door difficult as mentioned by others side gate into garden impossible to open without a lot of force rear garden could do with a little tiding up .Electric went off and after talking to owners there were no torch’s as mentioned in bedroom draws as backup and no replacement batteries for lantern that’s not their fault but needed mentioning skylight in hallway still leaking as mentioned by others theses are just niggles and didn’t spoil our enjoyment if visiting valley again would difficulty consider returning overall a very pleasant experience thanks

Great for dogs and the rear garden is enclosed. The owners use a Nest thermostat which is preset to a maximum temperature of 21 degrees. We often felt cold in the evenings and the cottage in general felt damp when we arrived. This was a little disappointing as the listing stated that fuel was included and not rationed. There is a log burner which you can use to increase the heat further. Front and rear gardens have a lot of weeds and the outdoor furniture is shabby. When we arrived there was only one toilet roll which had nearly ran out but there was a welcome pack of bourbon biscuits. To sum up, nice cottage but needs some reinvestment. Allow occupiers to control the heat level (even if that means increasing the cost)
