Maes y Cregyn is an ideal holiday cottage, cleverly designed with the sitting room upstairs to maximise the stunning views over farmland to the sea beyond. With an eye for detail and lovely fabrics and furnishings, this is a delightful house to come home to.
The large kitchen has a electric oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and toaster. It is well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and has a lovely scrubbed pine table and chairs.
There are two downstairs bedrooms. The first has a king size bed, and the second is a twin with a DVD player.
The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Situated upstairs to make the most of the views, the comfortable seating is set around the lovely open fire and has a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a round table and chairs, ideal for playing games.
There is an enclosed pretty garden with table and chairs to enjoy the views. Parking is available.
Maes y Cregyn is located on the east coast of Anglesey in the quiet hamlet of Marianglas. You can walk to Small Beach where you have the choice of heading south on the coastal path to the sandy family beach at Benllech or head north to the picturesque village of Moelfre.
Quaint and peaceful hamlet between Moelfre and Benllech on the east coast of Anglesey. Take a short stroll to Traeth Bychan with its popular beach and cafe. You can hire a kayak and take in the sights of the bay. Nearby Benllech and Moelfre are a short drive away. Easy accesible to the Coastal Path, you could head off to Lligwy Beach, or pop along to the see the old Roman ruins and the Neolithic Burial Chamber. Head over to Beaumaris or Menai Bridge for some lovely shops and fab places to eat.

Over the Winter months guests may find it more comfortable to also use the open fire to heat the snug.
A starter pack of fuel for this is provided, however guests will be required to purchase the additional logs from the local suppliers.

. our 3rd stay in this lovely cottage. Quality & comfort is great. The view from the upstairs lounge is great. Such a good location which enable us to go round the island without long car trips.
