Thereâs plenty of room in the house and outside. The garden was great for our dog. This is a great spot for star gazing too as there is little to no light pollution in the surrounding area. The house was warm and spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen has lots of worktop and cupboard space, and it is well equipped; although, a few extra dinner and side plates would be good. The fridge is about the size of an under counter fridge. We would have benefitted from a larger fridge as we took a weekâs worth of shopping with us but couldnât fit it all in. The shops in Benllech arenât far though, so I wouldnât take as much fresh food next time. We loved the large kitchen table. It was great for dining and playing games on. There was plenty of room in the large hallway when all 7 of us were trying to get shoes on and get out of the house. Some coat hooks/coat stand here would be beneficial. We used the shelves in the cupboards for coats and luckily had dry weather, so it didnât matter too much for us. The games room was good fun and enjoyed by all (age range from 9-77 years!). The stair gate made it easy to keep the dog downstairs as requested by the owners and there was a large space under the stairs area to put her crate. A point to note for visitors is to take a plug attachment to charge your electric toothbrush as there arenât any shaver points. We had a lovely family holiday here (lots of walking on the nearby beaches and coastal path followed by playing games at the house) and although we had really nice weather, we feel like the house would have been a good space if weâd had to stay in. We will definitely stay at Plas y Brain again the next time we visit Anglesey.

An excellent property within a first class location. The quality of the decor and the facilities within the property were extremely good. All this supported by a very competent and charming owner/manager. We have to say that during our stay there were no negative experiences. We highly recommend this property.
