In cottage very warm and clean inside. Garden could do with tidy up but fine of year a lot of leaves so to be expected. House was clean warm with plenty of utensils. Could do with a dishwasher Disappointed no tea and cofffee left. Never had that before. Had a cake in fridge. Which was nice but a bit lonesome. Close to beach and great pub the bellech within walking distance. Would certainly go back

The standard of cleanliness and maintenance in this property in not to an acceptable standard. The floor in the lounge was not clean it had a lot of hair and sand on it. All the small tables in the lounge were dirty and sticky. The hall carpet was absolutely covered in hair. The oven was less than clean and the frying pans and dish drainer were rusty. Even after trying to clean them they were unusable. The shower drains were full of hair and other gunk causing them to drain very slowly, and smell. There are various damp issues especially in the lounge over the chimney breast. Mouse droppings were found in various rooms, lounge, kitchen, shower. The garden had overhanging brambles on the path. The seating area roof is bowed and looks unsafe. The balcony off the lounge is extremely slippy. The only good things about this property are the location and parking. I could not recommend this property in its current state to anybody.
