Llanfair PG, located near the Menai Straits and right off the Britannia Bridge, has a lot to offer. Head into the popular visitors centre for local tourist information after having your photo taken next to the village nameplate at the railway station. A short walk past the octagonal Toll House towards Menai Bridge leads to the Marquis of Anglesey statue and column, where you can climb the 115 steps to the summit for spectacular views of the countryside and shoreline for a nominal price. On the shores of the Menai Straits, near St Mary's Church, Nelson's Monument is easily accessible.

We could not fault it. It was in a good location and we were able to travel to the main sites and attractions in Anglesey with no problems. There is a Co-op not far away, so we were able to get supplies easily. It is by far the best property I have ever stayed in for self catering.
