This is a fantastic cottage in a central location and is ideal for friends and family to enjoy all year round, being situated an equal distance between the picturesque harbour port of Amwlch and the ever-popular seaside town of Rhosneigr. This wonderful, single-storey cottage is ideal for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility as it has a gently ramped entrance, leading through double doors into a wide sun room, which then opens into a spacious, fitted kitchen/diner with a large dining table, perfect to enjoy social family meals around. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample appliances and cupboard space, as well as enjoying the warmth of a woodburner, and a wide arch leads through to the inviting sitting room with leather corner sofa and a decorative fireplace. A hallway leads through to three of the four bedrooms, with the master room benefiting from a king-size bed and en-suite wet room shower, and a suspended ceiling grab handle for self-assistance onto the WC. A twin bedroom and two single bedrooms share the family bathroom with its large corner bath, also supplied with a suspended ceiling grab handle, for ease of access into the bath. Outside this lovely cottage, you can enjoy the lawned front garden, which is fully enclosed to allow children to play safely and to prevent family pets roaming. The rear patio is sheltered and offers an ideal barbecue area to sit in privacy and enjoy some alfresco dining in the summer evenings. There are many activities available nearby, including fishing and clay pigeon shooting. If you are feeling more energetic, why not try go karting, horse riding, kitesurfing in Rhosneigr or coasteering in Trearddur Bay? The choices are endless. The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance.
