Guests say

Guests adore the cottage's stunning location and views, with its peaceful setting and direct beach access. The property is spacious and generally well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay and a snooker room for entertainment. While some guests mentioned minor maintenance issues and a lack of an information pack, these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experiences. The property's tranquility and the memories created there are cherished by many who have stayed.

The property is generally described as clean, with specific mentions of it being 'spotless' on arrival. However, there are comments about deeper cleaning being needed and issues with rubbish bins not being emptied prior to arrival, which suggests room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its amazing views, peacefulness, and direct access to the beach. It is considered perfect for exploring Anglesey and the surrounding area, contributing to a serene and enjoyable holiday experience.

Overall, guests find the property comfortable, with ample space and comfortable beds. Some guests noted a lack of seating for the maximum number of guests and minor issues with some beds, but these are not widespread concerns.

Facilities are appreciated, like the snooker room, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as broken appliances and light bulbs needing replacement. The lack of an information pack and some basic kitchen items were noted, indicating that while facilities are good, they could be better maintained.

There is no consistent mention of gifts or extra touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owners. While an excellent welcome basket is noted in one review, it is not a recurring theme, and therefore, a score cannot be provided.

There was only one aspect of the stay that wasn’t great was the lack of a welcome pack and instructions on using the many things in the house, l.e. the burglar alarm, washing machine, wood burning stove.

The property is in essence comfortable. There are niggles, most of which can be overlooked, outside of high season. The main issues for us was that washing machine wasn’t working and that there was only one usable baking sheet. Looking back through previous comments we think owners do address some issues that are raised but blown light bulbs do seem to be an issue!

It's in a fabulous position overlooking the bay. We had a problem with the washing machine from day one but the owner was quick to sort this for us. Would recommend it the property to anyone.
