Guests generally praise the apartment for its spaciousness, modern furnishings, and proximity to the beach. The property is well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay with thoughtful touches. While most reviews are positive, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance.
Most guests found the apartment to be spotlessly clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few reports of unclean floors, mould, and a dirty kitchen upon arrival have slightly impacted the overall impression of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its easy access to the beach and scenic coastal paths. Guests appreciate the quiet surroundings and the convenience of nearby amenities, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.
The majority of guests found the beds comfortable and the apartment cosy, with a few noting the softness of the king-size bed as a personal preference rather than a fault. The quiet environment contributed positively to the comfort level.
The apartment is commended for its well-equipped kitchen, smart TV, and additional conveniences like a hairdryer and ironing board. Some maintenance issues, such as a leaky radiator and a small TV, were mentioned, but overall the facilities met guests' needs.
While the reviews reflect a well-stocked and considerate setup, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful gestures that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

It has everything we needed. Use of washing machine, dish washer, bath and shower. Our clothes dried out in the south facing window easily from washing and also from the rain. The minor negative is that it has quite a soft double bed which for us with bad backs we struggled but moved to the singles and all was good. We would definitely stay here again and have previously stayed in the complex of flats with no problems. Easy parking and 15 minutes walk to the Sea Shanty restaurant, a must if you visit here and centre of Treaddur. Great place would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Horrible place like a rough council estate, dirty foul smelling in stairwell, dirty clothes left outside next apartment, carpet in stairs filthy, dead fly's and insect in stairs window, Apartment not a comfortable place to stay cheap tacky fittings, clean yes, Menia holidays wouldn't refund just blamed all on the owners, menia should take responsibility they took the money, Didn't stay one night came home same night, not recommended go elsewhere,

This is by far the dirtiest holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. We arrived to find a dirty sink in the kitchen with old food stuck to it, black mould around the windows in abundance, the filter fan in the bathroom was clogged with mould and the whole room smelt strongly of mould. The final and most upsetting thing we found when we went to get into our bed was long black hairs and short black hairs on the bed sheet along with sand all along the foot of the bed. I can only assume the sheets had not been changed from the last guests. There were also long black hairs in the wardrobe. This is not only unacceptable for a holiday let its pretty much an issue for environmental health with the black mould. However this location is beautiful and I recommend the area; but find another property to rent! I would love to be able to share the photo evidence of this also as it is shocking.
