About this property
The Castle Inn in Ebbw Vale dates back to the 18th century, and lies close to the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Castle provides room only, there is a large bar and beer gardens. We will lay tables if you wish to order local takeaway food and enjoy in front of our log fire in our friendly cosy pub.
All rooms at The Castle Inn have views over the gardens and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. There are tea and coffee facilities and an en-suite bathroom.
There is plenty of parking for residents, as well as a children’s play area at the front of the property. The inn is a short walk from local shops and around a 10-minute drive to the centre of Ebbw Vale, the largest town in the area with a large shopping centre and cinema.
Also close to major tourist attractions, The Castle Inn is around 35 minutes’ drive from Caerphilly Castle. Ebbw Vale Parkway Train Station also has a direct connection to the centre of Cardiff in just under 1 hour.
