The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard with delightful cream units and sleek wooden worktops providing all the necessary appliances needed to cook up some delicious meals. Gather at the small breakfast bar to enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the day's events. Once the evening draws to a close, retire to the king-size bedroom which benefits from its own balcony where you can take a cup of tea of a morning and delight in those stunning rural views, whilst the en-suite shower room provides deluxe fixtures and fittings for you to enjoy. A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. It is the focal point for the surrounding farmers, and regularly holds horse sales. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
