Guests appreciate the clean, well-maintained setting and the tranquil atmosphere, though some mention the need for maintenance and better lighting. The property is praised for its charm and the joy it brings to children and adults alike.
Most guests found the Tree House clean and well maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few mentioned a damp smell and the need for better ventilation, slightly affecting the overall impression.
The location is celebrated for its tranquility and natural surroundings, with lovely views and abundant wildlife. The approach road's condition and lack of local amenities are noted drawbacks.
The lodge is generally considered comfortable, especially for smaller groups, though some guests found the space limited for four people and the sofa bed inadequate. Bedding quality and shower temperature consistency were also concerns.
Facilities are adequate, with a hot tub and necessary amenities available. However, guests suggest improvements in outdoor seating, lighting, and shower facilities, as well as addressing safety concerns with slippery steps.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

The tree house is beautiful. It was so peaceful and perfect for what we wanted. It was nice waking up with the birds and squirrels in the balcony.

Also, could do with attending to the road in as so many deep pot holes which were almost impossible to miss. Waited an hour for the owners son to show us how to access the walk but he didnât turn up.
