It was lumpy & almost collapsed at one side when sat on. It was so bad my husband could not sleep in it & I returned home with several nasty bites & itching all over! We were unable to connect to the internet & the tv reception was so bad you could only get three channels early in the day & by evening they were unwatchable. When we arrived at reception they had not received the email with our correct arrival date on & we could not enter the cabin as the keypad lock was faulty. These issues were addressed by phoning the owners, Theresa & Henry. I feel if one lock needs attention it would help is guests were also warned & given the rear keypad code. With reagards to cleanliness we feel more attention to detail would go a long way to making guests feel more at home, especially in the lounge & bedroom area's. The bathroom & cooker top were well cleaned! Thank you
