With a fully enclosed garden that makes it perfect for children and dogs, the cottage is set within 3.5 acres of grounds. Separate and secluded from the owners' house and walking distance to the village pub, cafe and small shop at Pont-rhyd-y-groes.
Numerous scenic walks and attractions on the doorstep, including waterfalls, a narrow gauge railway and the famous three bridges built on top of each other at Devils Bridge. Strata Florida's Welsh Cistercian Abbey, Hafod Estate, the Cambrian Mountains, seaside villages and towns such as Aberystwyth, Aberaeron and New Quay along the Cardigan Bay coastline are all worth exploring.

Complimentary use of 2 x 10 inch tablet with subscriptions to a wide choice of magazines and The Times newspaper daily and at weekends.
Outside: fully enclosed garden with a patio area and private hot tub. Garden table, chairs and BBQ set. Outdoor storage available for bikes etc.
