Guests appreciate the stunning views and cleanliness of Ystwyth 26, a well-equipped and comfortable lodge in Borth. While the elevated position offers a beautiful outlook, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The property is praised for its cleanliness and the provision of amenities, though some guests noted the challenge of the steep walk to the site facilities.
The lodge is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several guests specifically mentioning its immaculate condition upon arrival.
The location scores highly for its beautiful views and quiet setting away from noise. However, the steep hill and distance from site facilities have been noted as drawbacks, particularly for those with mobility challenges.
The lodge is generally found to be comfortable and well-equipped. Some guests found the beds and seating less comfortable, and storage space limited, which affects the score slightly.
Facilities are adequate with plentiful crockery and cutlery, though some guests reported issues with heating, broken blinds, and a lack of towels and tea towels. Maintenance concerns, such as the overgrown private seating area, also impacted the score.
There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as there are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the owners' consideration for guests' experiences.

Will book the caravan again next year.

Unfortunately, it was spoiled by the fact that the bedding either had not been washed or had been left damp and it smelled very unpleasant. We were also informed, just before we left, that the check in time had changed so we couldn't get into the caravan until 4pm which more or less meant we had lost a day.

Easy to find caravan from instructions given. The glaring obvious thing was no way for us to access the key safe even though we rang Sykes for assistance. It took for us to read another persons review to know where the keysafe was as Parkdean could not assist as private let. Not very happy with this. There was no gas fire as listed. The private outdoor space with picnic bench very unkempt, didnât use once because itâs so overgrown. Several days of our holiday were dominated by diggers and other maintenance crew prepping the site next to 26 and the one opposite too. One of the days we could not even park and when we did there was all sorts of debris that we had to move ourselves from the drive.
