Tucked away in a peaceful part of the South Wales countryside is this lovingly restored barn conversion. Providing high-quality and contemporary accommodation on the outskirts of the bustling village of Llandysul, this property is the perfect option for families and friends wanting to relax in this beautiful part of the countryside. The ground floor of the property mainly consists of an open-plan living area, complete with a fully appointed kitchen, spacious dinning and a cosy sitting area. Also downstairs is a large wet room and a bedroom with two singles. Up a flight of stairs are a further two delightful bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, the other with a double also with an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there are patio doors that lead out to the glorious gardens. There are two gardens, one to the front of the property and one to the rear, both have lawn and paved areas. The back garden is full enclosed and furnished, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the fantastic views while the children play on the lawn. The centre of the village of Llandysul is just a 15-minute walk away and offers a small selection of shops, pubs and tea rooms. There are a number of attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Da Mhile Distillery, the canoeing club and the National Wool Museum. A short drive away are the beaches and castles of Pembrokeshire, offering a fantastic family day out. Offering elegant and contemporary accommodation in a peaceful location, this property is ideal for a family getaway or a fun break with friends.

Llandysul is a busy little village with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, as well as its own canoeing club and national cycle route 82.
