Cilgwyn Bach is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, secure garden, and dog-friendly environment. Guests appreciate the friendly owners and the property's peaceful location, with easy access to local amenities and beaches. The cottage's comfort and facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, contribute to a relaxing stay, although a dishwasher is a suggested addition. The thoughtful touches by the owners, such as local treats, enhance the experience.
Guests consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'clean', 'tidy', and 'well maintained'. One isolated comment about hairs in a bathroom suggests a minor oversight rather than a common issue.
The location is frequently praised for its peacefulness and proximity to local amenities and beaches. The secure garden and scenic views are also appreciated, although one guest preferred more privacy.
The property is generally regarded as comfortable, with a secure garden for dogs and cosy living spaces. Some guests found the beds and sofas to be less comfortable, which slightly affects the score.
Facilities are well-regarded, with special mentions of the well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. However, several guests noted the absence of a dishwasher and some minor maintenance issues, which suggests room for improvement.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of local treats and dog-friendly amenities. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, although likely, are not guaranteed.
