This lovely 16th century cottage with gorgeous views and a cosy woodburning stove is ideal for an idyllic romantic retreat. This property has multiple entrances to the ground floor, with a quirky layout and a cosy feel with its large fireplace and woodburning stove. The bedroom is upstairs in the eaves of the property with traditional beams, large velux windows with pull down blinds and there's plenty of space. Downstairs, the cottage has a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and basin, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over next to it. Stepping down there is a cosy open plan living area with sofas, TV and a traditional woodburning stove, as well as the kitchen with gas oven and hob, plus a fridge/freezer, dish washer. There is a private decking outdoor area with beautiful views of the valleys and a patio table and chairs so you can enjoy a meal outside and take in the stunning scenery. The quirky old cottage had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to places along the coast path walks. We loved every day of our stay and Steve made us very welcome. Its a great place for an active holiday and even the weather was kind to us.

I have been twice and it truly is a place where I can really relax. Steve and Dudley his dog welcome you to the cottage when you arrive and when you go inside you find little treats around the cottage. Talliharris is set in a beautiful location, great for seeing more red kites than I've ever seen and stars in abundance due to no light pollution.
