Located on a working farm near the pretty village of Reynoldston in the heart of Gower Peninsula, close to the Cefn Bryn ridge. A short drive to shops and plenty of super local pubs. Gower, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, attracts surfers, walkers and cyclists alike, and you are very well placed at this cosy cottage to enjoy all activities. In this central Gower location, you are never usually more than 3 miles from the coast, so a day at one of the renowned sandy beaches of Oxwich, Rhossili or Port Eynon is a must. Mumbles also has a good range of independent shops and eateries. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Entering this charming semi detached cottage into a useful boot room with a WC and into a well equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats four. Through into the characterful lounge with two large sofas, an impressive grandfather clock and a warming wood burner where you can cuddle up on the sofa and watch the Smart TV. The beamed ceiling gives this room a cosy and welcoming ambience any time of the year and there are French doors to the rear garden. Up the stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms the first is a good sized double with the second being a twin bedroom with pleasant rural views. Across the landing to the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawn and patio with outdoor rattan furniture, mature trees, and views across the beautiful Rhossili Downs. Off road parking alongside the cottage for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC on ground floor. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher. Wood burner (logs can be purchased from the owner). Smart 50" TV in lounge. Wi Fi (rural reception coverage). Patio area with rattan outdoor furniture and enclosed garden. Ample off road parking for 2 cars. Beaches 3 miles, pub and shop both within 15 minute walk. Please note working farm dogs are to be kept on a lead outside of the enclosed designated area for dogs. Caution Lambing takes place within the working farm in and around the 1st February 2025 until the end of February. Regret no Dobermann, Rottweiler, German Shepherds or Husky 's unless authorised via owner before confirming the booking..
