Just under 1 mile from the northern edge of the Gower National Landscape, this two-storey property features a spacious lounge, open-plan kitchen/diner and a large garden - perfect for a family holiday when good food, coastal adventures and comfortable nights in are on the agenda.
The instantly recognisable house sits back from the main road running between Killay and the Gower Peninsula, which was the first area of the UK to be granted National Landscape status. Its fresh and inviting interior is beautifully complemented by its stylish interior, which has been dressed in contemporary colours and soft furnishings that are positioned considerately across hard and carpeted floorings. The comfortable lounge offers a place to relax and unwind, not least on comfortable sofas. The colourful and naturally lit kitchen/diner has all the room foodies and their diners need to enjoy meals throughout the day, with a seating area to the side overlooking the garden for those who can''t manage another bite. A handy shower room and utility room are just off the kitchen. The large garden at the rear of the property is dominated by a lawn for family games and a small patio area for al fresco meals throughout the day.
The natural beauty of the Gower National Landscape has been drawing in walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers for generations. The iconic limestone cliffs and shoreline at Three Cliffs Bay (6 miles) are a must-see, while the attractive village of Mumbles (4 miles) offers shops, a Victorian pier and a popular waterfront. Elsewhere, the vibrant city of Swansea (6 miles) is home to attractions including the National Waterfront Museum and the Swansea Marina.

Mr Foxworthy
Excellent property and brilliantly located to explore the Gower and Swansea area! Catered really well for a three generation family break with ample off road parking, four good sized bedrooms and loads of open downstairs space leading onto a large garden which the kids loved running up and down. Nice walk through a wooded area nearby down to the sea (approx 4km) as well as loads of sandy beaches within a short drive. Indian restaurant round the corner also very good. Will definitely return again. Thank you.
Mrs Chapman
Fantastic property all round. So much space, although the living room was quite small for the size of the property. The bedrooms were excellent, two with en-suites which was a god-send. Property was very clean and plenty of equipment in the kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine in the separate utility room. Having a further shower and toilet off the utility room was a bonus! The garden was huge with a patio and patio furniture with gas bbq. It's just a shame the weather wasn't good enough to sit out there. The only thing we weren't keen on was the bi-fold doors. Very heavy and were advised not to open them if it was too windy. Not terribly safe with two children in our party. All in all though a fantastic property with lots of space, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and a separate bathroom. Centrally located for Swansea and the Gower and close to local shops and pubs. If you are considering eating in The Black Boy, I would book as it gets very busy. Would definitely recommend this property.
