Ael Y Don is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of gold or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. We all enjoyed our time here tremendously. The flat is very well appointed and nicely furnished and the location is incredible and couldn’t be closer to Langland bay. There is a very helpful guidebook provided by the owner which also includes suggestions for surrounding places to go, things to do and places to eat. As long as you’re aware before you go that you have to take care of your own rubbish (which we were) then it isn’t a problem as the local disposal centre is about a 10 minute drive away. The only problem was with a smell in the wardrobe of the second bedroom but we have left a comment with the owner and I’m sure it will be taken care of.
