Guests say

Bluebell Cottage is consistently praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location for exploring the Gower Peninsula. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the peaceful setting. The welcome basket is a delightful touch, though such gifts are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Some concerns were raised about outdoor lighting and patio upkeep.

Guests frequently mention the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as 'beautifully presented' and 'very clean', indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is highly regarded for its peacefulness and convenience for exploring Swansea, The Gower, and nearby pubs and shops, making it an ideal base for visitors.

Comfort is well-received with guests finding the furniture good quality and the cottage comfortable, though one mention of cold floors suggests a slight deduction in the comfort score.

Facilities are generally praised as 'easy to use' and 'well equipped'. However, concerns about outdoor lighting and patio cleanliness suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

While the welcome basket is mentioned positively, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtfulness across all stays, and such amenities are not guaranteed.

Inside the cottage was very smart and clean, but outside the patio area was very tired and not that clean. Very few outside lights were functioning! I'm not sure I would recommend the cottage!

  • Mr Percy

We had a lovely stay at Bluebell cottage. Lots of space, nice and quiet. Excellent welcome pack and information folder.

  • Mr Soffe

Great location, very quiet & good overall location to explore The Gower. Bungalow was comfy enough, although a bit cold on the floor, so take some slippers!
