Lovely family friendly terraced town house with garden and private parking, within walking distance to Mumbles village and the coast. Perfect for your next Gower holiday.

Superb 3 bedroom end of terrace townhouse  set in a quiet location close to Mumbles village and the coastal path at Limeslade. Langland Bay can be reached on foot via the coastal path or in less than 5 minutes in a car. For cricket fans, Mumbles Cricket Club is 150 metres away.

Size: Sleeps four plus 1 toddler in three bedrooms.

Beds: Two doubles, 1 toddler bed.

Rooms: Ground floor –  cloakroom with WC and wash basin, lounge, kitchen/dining. First floor - Bedroom 1 with double bed, en suite with shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 with toddler bed. Family bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin. Second floor - Loft bedroom with double bed, velux balcony, ensuite with rain shower, WC and wash basin.

Kitchen and utilities: fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Entertainment: TV with Freeview.

Outside: Garden to the rear of the house.

Parking: Parking for 1 car available to the rear of the property.

    On arrival we were greeted with a lovely hamper of local produce. The house was situated a nice distance from the hustle and bustle of The Mumbles yet within walking distance. Footpaths to the spectacular coastline are close by. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

    We stayed for a week with a young family and the house was very well equipped. Ideally located for visiting the Gower, our favourite was Caswell Bay Beach, which was a short drive away.

    Well equipped, very comfortable house with a good parking space. Short drive to a lovely beach, Caswell bay and a very interesting town with good shops and excellent places to eat.
