The terraces are a highlight, offering relaxing spots for morning coffee or evening drinks. The charming location in Mumbles provides a good base for exploring, though the steep roads can be challenging. Parking can be tricky, but the property's charm and amenities make up for these minor inconveniences.

The cottage is frequently described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests specifically noting its cleanliness. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care.

The location is highly praised for its views and proximity to nature reserves, shops, and restaurants. However, the steep roads and parking difficulties slightly affect the score.

Reviewers find the cottage comfortable, highlighting the quality of the beds and the overall cosiness of the property. The comfort of the outdoor spaces is also mentioned positively.

The property is well-equipped according to guests, with a special mention of the kitchen and Wi-Fi. The lack of a grill pan is noted, but overall, facilities meet guests' needs.

While guests are pleased with the amenities provided, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Lovely cottage, well equipped extremely comfortable beds. views from the garden and balcony were amazing .the downfall was the lack of parking other wise we couldn't fault it, our only downfall was having to leave after 2 days because of a family bereavement and not being able to stay the whole week

Lovely cottage, fully equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic wooden floors throughout, lovely comfortable beds. Amazing roof terrace with a great view and another great view of the beach from an area at the back of the garden. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you walk into town, the road is very steep coming back up and narrow for driving up.

Lovely holiday home with good access to shops and restaurants in the Mumbles. Comfortable beds , well equipped kitchen ,good WiFi,nice neighbours. Great balcony off main bedroom with sea views. Support team very helpful. On a very steep hill,we parked our car on Higher Lane which was only a couple of minutes walk using the cut through passage.
