Wander through the hallway and into an open-plan living space; with a Smart TV, a choice of contemporary seating and all the modern must-haves, this is a room in which you can cook, dine and unwind in total comfort. Three blissful rooms off the hallway beckon at bedtime. Two have a king-sized bed while the third has bunks, and completing the comfort is a smart family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. When the sun is shining, open the doors that lead straight from the lounge area onto the patio for an afternoon snooze or al fresco supper. Afterwards, lay back in the luxury of your own private hot tub and look upwards - the Gower skies are some of the best for stargazers.

Chill out with visits to the children's play area, cafe and garden centre on-site, or visit some of the beautiful beaches nearby - Rhossili Bay (13 miles) has three-mile golden sands with towering cliffs and Worm's Head at one end, dunes at the other, and a genuine shipwreck in between. Closer to home, Caswell Bay is only 4 miles away, while for sand of a different type, the golf courses nearby include Langland Bay (6 miles) and, almost on your doorstep, Fairwood Park (300m). To explore further afield, Mumbles (5 miles) has hand-made crafts, luxury boutiques, a Norman castle and enticing eateries while Swansea, the second-largest city in Wales, is within 7 miles.
