Summertime Lodge is praised for its breathtaking views and tranquil location, offering a comfortable stay with a well-equipped kitchen and welcoming hosts. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, the Sky Q package, and the privacy of the lodges. While some noted the property could benefit from updates, the stunning scenery and attentive service from the owner, James, are recurrent positive remarks.
The majority of guests found the lodge to be very clean, with only a few isolated comments about areas needing attention. The consistent mention of cleanliness suggests a high standard is typically maintained.
The location is highly praised for its stunning views, peacefulness, and proximity to local attractions and beaches. It serves as an excellent base for exploring North Wales.
Guests generally find the lodge comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a warm atmosphere. Some remarks about the need for updates and the heat during summer suggest room for improvement in comfort.
Facilities like the Sky Q package are appreciated, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as boiler problems and outdated features. An upcoming renovation could address these concerns.
While the reviews reflect a thoughtful and responsive host, there is no specific mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

When hubby looked at reviews the previous people had reported it. The floor in the lounge and dining room was warpedby damp. There was a washer and freezer available the key for the shed was on a bunch but no note left as to where the bunch was. We decided that we would leave on the Thursday as we were desperate for a shower. I'm sorry Sykes but we will have to have a long think before holidaying with you again

Lovely veranda and views. Only issue was boiler get airlock resulting in no hot water. Needed to contact owner twice who reacted and got sorted! Overall lovely location, building getting worn but nothing to spoil our time, besides weather!
