Beudy Bach is a well-received cottage in North Wales, praised for its peaceful location and homely feel. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome hamper and the property's cleanliness. The farm setting and proximity to local attractions are highlights, with many guests enjoying the rural charm and nearby horses. Some minor suggestions for improvement include better mirror placement, additional kitchenware, and more comfortable beds. Overall, the cottage offers a tranquil retreat with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The cottage is consistently described as very clean, with multiple reviews affirming its tidiness and well-kept condition. There are no significant complaints regarding cleanliness, indicating high standards are maintained.
The location is frequently praised for its tranquility and convenience for exploring North Wales. The rural setting and proximity to local places of interest are appreciated, although the remote nature requires a car for travel.
The property is generally found to be comfortable and homely. However, there are several mentions of uncomfortable beds and a creaky bed frame, which suggests that while the overall comfort is good, there is room for improvement in this area.
Facilities are adequate, with guests enjoying the provided amenities. However, there are comments about minor maintenance issues, such as a toilet needing repair and a lack of kitchenware like scissors and baking trays. These points indicate that while facilities meet needs, attention to maintenance could enhance the experience.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, particularly for the welcome hamper. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and based on personal experiences, future guests should be aware that such gestures, while likely, are not assured.

Spacious downstairs with all you need in the kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a tv and lovely electric fire place. We loved exposed beams, that gave a nice character to the place. At the time of our stay all cottages were occupied, but it was very quiet and peaceful so could have a relaxing evenings. Upstairs three bedrooms, single one on a small side but perfect for a child, two other doubles and nicely decorated. Unfortunately our only complain are beds, bed frames are wooden and were making squeaking noise every time one of us moved, so if you are a light sleeper that was not a comfortable rest at all. Please look into this as otherwise place is lovely, close to everything we wanted to see in North Wales.

As it rained for two days and it was cold and damp we used the central heating at it warmed up in no time - what a great heating system! The sofas were also very comfortable and the TV was fab too with all its range of channels. It was just like a home from home. Fab.

The location was perfect, the accommodation was first class. Our compliments to the owner and will certainly consider coming back again in the future.
