It is clean, spacious and welcoming. We arrived after dark so didn't see the stunning views until morning. The cottage had everything we could need, and was lovely and warm. Jake and Sue met us when we arrived and showed us round the cottage. They were such lovely people, and made us feel welcome and relaxed. We found it slightly tricky to find using the sat nav, but the directions on our holiday confirmation was absolutely spot on. Once we found it, the location was perfect for us. We were in Wales to visit my uncle and his family in Bodelwyddan and from the cottage it was only a ten or fifteen minute drive. We were close to Llandudno, Rhyl, Conwy etc, so we would have plenty of places to visit and activities to keep the kids happy. If I had to choose a "negative", for me it would be that the mattress on the bed was a little too firm, but that's down to personal preference. We had a lovely stay and will most definitely return.

Everything was beautifully clean, the beds and sofas all very comfortable and the cottage was very well equipped. Once we'd mastered the winding, single track lanes from the property down to the village, we discovered easy routes to all the places we wanted to visit in the area. This was the perfect peace & quiet getaway for us after a few stressful weeks previously.
